Weigh in last night. Up 1.5kg .. could be watered weight but more likely all the crisps I been smashing back. Off the wagon for sure there
So today much better eating. Let's see what happens ..
Likely mainly water from the sodium in the crisps. Back on track. Don't let it derail you.
Skipping is bloomin' hard workDid a boxing circuit with a few mates this morning. Wowser. I’m a long way off being ‘fit’ if that’s anything to go off. Have ordered myself a leather skipping rope to hopefully help improve my endurance.
