27 is still very good. Push ups are hard
I need/want to try squeeze in a yoga session or 2 to help with my back/hips. We had a wellbeing week at work(tick box) and did a yoga session and it was brilliant. Just need to find a spare time to do it. Not enough hours etc...
I'm sure there'll be some short YouTube "Yoga for Hips" type of classes you can try. Start with 10 minutes. Better than nothing (says she who hates yoga because it's hard)!
