Losing weight/fitness thread

First time in about 3 months the weather prevented me from exercising this morning, it chucked it down with rain. Now I'm in office the sun is out.
Will I have the energy to go out when I get home (I never exercise in the evening's) ....

It is. She said low fat yogurt is packed with sugar.. There was more fruit than anything else so I would not say it was savoury.

Seems odd then if lots of fruit.

Try it, you might find it a decent way to unwind after work, exercise, shower, dinner, chill.
