Yes, they invest some of their money in Blackstone’s products.
If they invested some money in shares quoted on the London Stock Exchange then it doesn’t mean that they own the LSE or that if the LSE sponsored Fleetwood it would be “Saudi” money sponsoring him.
You buy stuff from Amazon. Doesn’t mean that Amazon’s money is “Mel” money or that you own or control Amazon.
These are fairly basic concepts.
