I am reminded of a job I did as a teenager.
The store was moving location and the old one had to be stripped. Two of us were given the job of stripping out all the old socket wiring from the racks. It required the lights to be left on as the racks were in 2 storeys and it was like a tunnel in the lower rack We were told it had been turned off and checked.
I was nearly killed or suffered serious injury, some idiot had wired the lighting circuit in to the wiring for the sockets on one rack. You should have seen the state of my wire cutters.

Family changes - I was 5/6 inches taller than my dad and my son is 5/6 inches taller than me.
My daughters nickname is Lofty ( I always had to remember to use it when asking for her in the pub and I became known as Lofty's dad in there).
