iPad film quality

When I stream a film on my iPad 2 the picture quality is great but if I watch a video on YouTube the quality is rubbish.
Any ideas why this is ?

Strange as as far as I am aware the iPad only runs YouTube in high quality video

Yip, but if the upload or original is taken witha poor camera it doesn't matter how good quality your screen iswhen watching it.

Silly me!!! I found out it was the Internet speed, 3G is rubbish whilst my wifi it works fine.

It's always the issue
