Information About Ping ISI irons,

Hi,

I am looking at buying a second hand set of Ping ISI. I am familiar with G2's what can anyone tell me about these? How are they different or what are their pro's con's. I am an intermediate handicapper looking to improve my game but obviously still enjoy it as I don't take it too seriously.

Both very old clubs (hope you will not be paying too much for them)

What you will find compared to modern clubs is that the lofts will be a lot weaker on either set ie the 7 iron will be the same as an 8 iron in a modern set.

The Isis will have a thinner sole (net in the middle) and probably less offset.

Best thing to do is to websearch for photos.

Depending on what they are being offered for I would search out a set of I15s if you do not want to spend a lot and are committed to Ping.
