My roads have been clear enough to drive my car safely for only 2 days since December 17th, so golf has been a bit out of the question! The road to my course is completely blocked too.

Had a round at the golftorium in Manchester if that counts?!

Been to the club for lunch last week if that counts !

Passed by today and there were sledgers and skiers on the course. I'm sure a steep slope at the side of a crag on West Craiglockhart Hill would even count as a grade I winter climb at the moment !

Oh, and it's snowing again at the moment :(

Had a round with Smiffy, one with CrapHacker, two with local mates, three by myself, 7 rounds, not bad. Looks like the driving range might be on the cards if we get the predicted 30cm of snow tonight.

1 game at clays in between xmas and new year, most of the greens had a sheet of ice on them it was like playing ice hockey!

I'm not even going to attempt a round til end of the month, as i dont enjoy playing on rock hard ground.

I managed to get out for 1 round in the last 8 weeks due to the weather.......It was last thursday gone....Hopefully ill get to play my first comp of 2010 this sunday but with the weather over here i have my doubts...

I've played once- in the past 3 months! I thoroughly enjoyed it though, and played well. If the snow stays away I will be hoping to get out on Sunday again- frozen ground or not.

Got a round in last Thursday....freezing cold, bitter NE wind, heavy overcast. Quite enjoyed it till I siezed up with the cold. Took us half an hour to thaw out. :( No immediate prospect of getting out again here in East Anglia; not too much snow but the ground is like concrete. Roll on the Spring!

Managed 1 round in the last month. Got out on New Years Day for 18. Course was pretty frozen and conditions less than ideal but glad I got out on the one day that the grass was visible. Day before was covered in snow and was again the day after (and is still snowing today)

Been luckier than most. Played 5 competition rounds and 4 friendlies. That could come to an abrupt end as we've just had a couple of inches of snow. :( :( :(

I've played 6 times, medal, stablefords, 3 clubs and a putter, and my birthday bash round :)
But...... it's now snowing here and expecting more during night

So if there's no golf, it'll be DIY in the home, can't be sitting around doing nothing.
Also, will be building up the Brownie points for when the weather improves

Golfmmad.
