I currently have
Ping woods
TM irons and wedges
YES putter
Titleist balls
Sun Mountain bag
Powakaddy bag

6

I have seen 10 on one person's signature.
Can anyone beat that?
and do you think it's a good thing to have so many different clubs makes?

Umm..

Ping driver
MD 3 wood and Hybrid
Wilson Staff irons
MD gap wedge
Titleist lob wedge
Yes! putter
Mizuno bag
Donnay trolley ;)
Footjoy shoes
Many types of balls, i've currently got Titleist, Srixon, MD and Dunlop all waiting to go.

At least 7.

Cobra driver
TM 3 wood (which I don't use because I can't!)
Nike irons
Nike wedges
Titleist balls
Titleist bag

Only 4...... I think it's nice to try to stick to very few manufacturers for consistency in performance.

1 I dont count the bag or trolley but if you do then 2 :o

I dont think it matters how many manufacturers you use as long as you are comfortable with the equipment

Titleist - Driver, Hybrid, Putter, Balls, shoes
Cleveland/Srixon - fairways, balls
Mizuno - irons, wedges
Powakaddy - trolley, Bag

So only 4.

I don't think it matters tremendously as long as the adjustment between clubs isn't too huge and the clubs work for you.
If anything I'd think keeping a fairly constant shaft between clubs would be more important than make of clubhead.
I have TTDGS300 in all irons and both wedges have the same shaft. The fairways/hybrid have different shafts and I'm trying to combat that and the Driver's is different again.
If I can match the hybrid/fairway shafts then I'll be happy.

I can't see a problem with having non matching kit, provided it all works. As I see it, there could be an advantage to having matching shafts in your driver and fairaways, but on the other hand, it you want a different shot shape with each, then may be not.

I was all Titleist. Now, I have a right old mismash. Still the same old me though.

I have a choice of Nike, Tour Edge, Adams, Whitlam, Titleist, MacGregor, Mizuno, and Wilson staff. Chuck in some Srixon and Bridgestone balls, and some Sunderland goretex, a bit of footjoy, a touch of Churches and I'm good to go.

Forgot my odyssey putter, make that 5 ;)

As per my singnature, I have all sorts of makes, just bought what suited me when I was looking for each club with no qualms about using budget makes or anything else. I suppose that if I had bought it all at the same time then there may be uniformity so, for example, my woods may all have been Callaway with the same shafts.

TM - Driver & 3-Wood
Ping - Irons, 3 wedges & putter
Cleveland - Wedge
Yonex - Hybrid
Bridgestone - Balls
Soon to be Nike - Bag
Footjoy - Shoes
Srixon - Gloves
Bushnell - Range Finder

Just the 3 for me, never thought of it before now.

Titleist irons, putter, ball and glove
Ping woods
and mizzy stand bag

4 if you include adidas shoes, forgot about them

TaylorMade Driver and Woods
TaylorMade Irons
TaylorMade Wedges
TaylorMade Putter
TaylorMade Bag

Do you get the impression I like a particular manufacturer

......... I also play a Srixon Ball, have Footjoy shoes and a Powakaddy trolley.

I will not be changing anything in my bag for a long time if I'm being honest unless I fall out with my putter.

Driver, 3 wood and irons are all on the safe list. I like my wedges however I know what I'm like and if I pick up something I like! Well they say the rest is history!!! :D

Erm.

TM Driver
Adams 3 Wood
Mizzy Irons
Mizzy Wedges
Nike/Scotty Putter
Srixon/Titleist/TM Balls
Mizzy Bag

So, if I don't count the different ball types it's 8.

Nike
Cobra
Mizuno
Ping
Titleist
YES!

As long as it works I'd have no problem having a different manufacturer for every bit of kit.

Sponsorship would be a nightmare though. :D

Nike Driver
Wilson Staff Fairway Woods and 52* Wedge
Callaway Irons
Cleveland 60* Wedge
Odyssey Putter
Srixon Balls
Powakady Bag and Trolley

So 7 if you count Odyssey as it's own make and not part of Callaway
