Currently playing with TM R11 irons and fancied a bit of a change.
Went with my head full of Elyte HL vs Ping G440 retro lofted.
Hit them both and definitely preferred the Ping.
The fitter said, "Try this, I'm sure it won't really do the job, but you never know".
Wow, I've never hit anything so soft in all my life and it also beat the Ping on height and descent angle.
It was a Callaway Apex Ai300, and it looked very nice, too.
Then he handed me the new P790 that had arrived a few minutes earlier.
Again, wow, very soft, plenty of height and comparable distance to the Apex.
With the P790 I just couldn't stop hitting draws!!! Some, maybe, a bit too far left.
But the looks of the thing ............................ utterly gorgeous.
I have a decision to make, but there's no rush and he said just pop in and, if the simulator is free, just hit as many more shots as I need.
The brand new P790s really are golf pornography.

My lad play i530, and they are gorgeous. The Blueprint S is also ravishing:)
The Blueprint S is what I really hoped I'd be good enough to be fitted into.
The good hits were great! The bad ones not so much.
I ended up with Mizuno Pro 243s, and love them, but every time I see a Blueprint S, I cry a little! 🤣

They are gorgeous, but I need something a little more helpful at times so yes, they are too good for me:)
