Help needed on stableford play

Hi I am just taking over the running of our local seniors stableford comps,not part of our golf club,just a few mates playing when we can.I need to know what strokes you receive off your official handicap,normally we play 7/8s of our handicap,is there a chart i can download somewhere on the internet please?I know that a 13.1 handicap plays off 13 and a 13.6 handicap plays off 14 but what strokes do we give our selves (not many on 13 lol)and any other charts re strokes recd of 3/4 in normal play,thanks to you all that reply any guidence would be greatly appriciated.

For normal stableford you get your full handicap is only in 4ball u use 3/4.
