Good end to the season for me!

I think that was my last medal today, although I'll still have the chance to play a few down the coast over the winter.

Perfect conditions meant I fancied a low score was possible and I shot 1 under par, 68. 5 birdies, 4 bogies.... and only one five on the card.

Stood on the 17th tee knowing that a par/par finish would equal the course record but I stuffed it in a bunker and dropped a shot. Par 3s killed me actually - one birdie, one par but three bogies.

Need to wait for CSS but I expect it'll be 68 since there were only a small number of players, which will see me getting a 0.4 cut to finish the year as a 3 handicapper - 3.1.

Hit the ball well and putted well - finally got them both working in the same round!

Not really. One thing I've learned from some of the events I've played in this year is that the proper golfers are on an entirely different level than me.

I'm not bad on a good day, but can be truly awful on other days. As anyone who played with me last weekend can attest!
