Hi All,

This is my first post, so please be kind :D

I'm a weathered golfer, I have 15 years under my belt, but I've always carried my clubs.

I'm considering getting a trolley, but cannot justify spending £400 + on one. Is there such thing as a good, cheap trolley? Or should I stick to carrying?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Ian

I got a powakaddy twinline 1 for 60 quid and cant fault it.

Really light, folds up fairly small and bag stays in place. Job done.

Again Twinline but the TL3, for £100, 3 wheels, light, space for balls and tee's and scorecard. Will take a brolly holder.

Folds down to similar size as TL1

The bag boys are massive and pretty heavy for a Lightweight trolley

Go Kart electric trolley for about £230 and the best after sales service around

I got a Go kart a few weeks ago and its really excellent and I also believe that the after sales matches the product.

Thanks,

I was thinking more of the electric route, but the twinlines look good too. I know a guy who has the TL3 and he seems to like his.

Just had a little look at the GoKart website, I like the style, looks like they fold up really small?

Sorry, forget to welcome you to the forum!

I bought the carry bag with mine which is ideal and got the umbrella holder free

Hi All,

This is my first post, so please be kind :D

I got a nice trolley from a car boot for £5.
better than a dunlop one for £14.99
I then bought a twinline 3 for £89
I then bought a powerbug £179

4 trolleys at present.

how do you rate the powerbug Dave? have seen some on ebay for 90 quid mark and work have got some brand new yuasa 12v 38ah batteries lying around with my name on one... 36 hole goodness :)

I bought powakaddy after my previous one snapped which was also a Powakaddy.

Have been so disappointed with service/ breakdown and would NOT recommend Powakaddy

Keep your eye out, there is a Go-Kart appearing soon in the 'For Sale' section to help raise money for Help 4 Heroes.

There is also a rather good looking Stewart Golf Push Trolley aleady on there. Same deal, raising money for Help 4 Heroes.

(Apologies for the shameless plugging but it is for a good cause)

It's good. So far, as good as gold. First ever power trolley and very much enjoying it. I rate it and it was considerably cheaper than a go-kart and more conventional looking too.
