Thankfully not no. Hopefully never again.
They were silly little contraptions, but if their invention meant that a few men in suits allowed us all to play golf when they otherwise wouldn't have (no matter how laughable that actually is), then I was fine with them. Hopefully we won't need anything like that ever again, of course.

Another one here for dress codes, but with a difference.

Dress codes that are not gender neutral should be sent to Room 101.

That is: The only dress codes I can tolerate are those that are gender neutral. As far as the playing of golf is concerned, our bodies are not that different.

All well and good, but my memory from watching 'Room 101' on TV was that the concept is selfish by nature and you don't need to give consideration to the grand scheme of things. Just whatever benefits you. (y)

I've read a lot of this thread and it is funny how many people are arguing so valiantly with what people are putting in, it's kind of the point of Room 101.

Anyway, to participate, I'd put expensive green fees in the bin, anything over £60 is too much.
