Bag is number 1 but bear. I always like to see the base of a bag, because then I know how it will interact with my trolly. Do they picture it? Not in the main

Latest is caps. I want a hat with a adjustable bit on the back rather than stretch one. All they show you is front of the hat

But the non-adjustable ones tend to have sizes, like M/L and L/XL with Under Armour for example - whereas the adjustable are just one size fits all.

Or you can just pop to the local street market and buy a couple of plain caps for a fiver.

Quite how the likes of Ping and Titleist can get away with £20+ for a simple hat escapes me.

Granted £20 is too much and I wouldn't pay that for a cap - you can easily get them for £12-15 when reduced though. If you held your cheap one and the branded one in each hand I think you'd notice the difference in material straight away. I like my caps to be the thinnest materials in summer, because they make my head too hot and sweaty otherwise. Can't imagine much worse for that than a cheap cotton hat.

Well, the plain hats I have (with no writing on them at all) have been through the washing machine multiple times and are still just fine.

Appreciate that but I sweat a lot so I like that added bit of performance, also being a baldy they feel better on the old head

Don't mind a cheap one to take the kids school but mainly use old golf hats

Same with everything tho, just bought new irons. I'm sure a set of ram brand new ones would perform just aswell but I fancy mizunos

A guy at my course knows someone who works for Titleist. He's regularly getting caps for cheap, and the guy at Titleist in turn gets them for about a quid lol

Our booking system is good however it has a flaw. Guests can book on without knowing someone's there. And same with members .. so basically I have a 2 ball tomorrow, wanted to add another member couldn't as 2 guests had booked same time

There is no indication that the guests are there and they don't know we are

Called up and changed it

Lady was like oh but it would be nice to play with others make new friends.

I said not overly because they aren't members so you never see them again, also they find it awkward as they booked to play with their mate and get lumbered with us. Plus me and my pp always do sub 3 hours so want to get round lol 🤣

Moved it forward one tee time

Facing two solo rounds this weekend, the usual crowd aren't available. I could throw the net wider but it might be fun to have pure practice on the course
