No, the watch doesn't score for you or keep old scores.
I use the Easy scorecard Android App for this function.
It is pretty good, it gives you a scorecard that you can keep or E-Mail in several different formats.
It compares your current H/C to what you have just played to.
It automatically works out your Stableford points.
You can use it on any course once you have entered the course data.
