It is mainly in English, all the robbers are, but it it is set in Madrid with a lot of Spanish characters who speak in their native tongue.
I needed subtitles on for that as they were not automatically aided.

Only got 5.4 on IMDb.
Personally I thought that was about right.
Was looking forward to it,but just found it a bit meh.

Same actually, The Other Guys is still one of my favourite films. As you say, this one was a shocker though.

As I said already it just shows we all have different tastes. Not really my type of film and would seem to be the same for others.
Having been pointed to Rotten Tomatoes I see it's score is only 25%.

Went to cinema yesterday to see The Count of Monte Cristo - a French remake of the story. A grand yarn, and lavishly told in the film film. Bit long but worth it. In french with subtitles - but that's fine by me.
