Simple question for the English/Welsh/N Irish amongst us

Just a quick straw poll and with a yes or no answer

Do you want Scotland to leave the UK - yes or no

Not fussed either way, its still going to be there as the occasional golf destination for me though I dare say the Scottish themselves will have more of an opinion on it and less care of what the rest of us think which is just right.

What I and everyone else who doesn't live in Scotland think on the matter is, quite frankly, irrelevant.
Those living in Scotland get to decide on something that may,or may not, adversely affect my life......
I never worry about things I have no control over....

I don't particularly want to see them separated as on a serious note, I just think it will be unmanageable and there's going to be so much confusion that a whole generation is going to be brought up in that environment. Everything just seems a bit rushed (i.e., those that want independence are ploughing through and adapting policies as they go).

I also think that it will cause a great deal more tension between the two which is just going to be annoying (why can't we all be nice to each other).

The real reason is though, that we'd be too nice. Up until a few years ago, there wasn't an olympic grade velodrome in Scotland, so Hoy & co used the one in Manchester. In an independent Scotland, there would still be some facilities which don't exist up there for whatever reason but we'd be to soft and let you still borrow ours!

If they do vote for independence, someone should go along Hadrian's Wall with a saw and physically separate the two properly. The jocko's can still let us visit when we want to play golf in the cold, wind & rain. They can still come down here when they want to eat something which isn't battered.

Simply a power game for Politicians which we will all pay for.

Can't have a 'United' Kingdom if it ain't.

More seriously how will a currency and defence work?

And in return the pesky Scots will let those of us south of the border practice our 4000ft+ hill-climbing and skiing (when we don't want to go to mainland Europe) :)

Go, stay, I'm not fussed. What I don't want is devo max.

Which if the gap in the polling narrows is something that Westminster may have to start offering to the Scottish electorate (btw Westminster will have to get fully engaged and do the offering as devo max is not in the gift of the BT campaign)

The Labour Party were blowing kisses to Scotland at their recent conference. They are part of the BT team.
