The survey questions can be better.

It’s unclear whether a golf venue is assumed to be a golf course or a driving range/sim place. If either, than it’s really not comparable experiences and should be queried independently.

The tech related questions seem to be “planted” as if the authors have some idea how tech can make the experience better but without presenting the idea the questions are pointless. Anyone can use an app if it makes it worthwhile for them…

Basically it doesn’t appear to be a survey designed to answer any specific hypothesis and hence it’s rather superficial and ultimately pointless. Sorry.
