Date change for Cooden next year......

Secretary of Cooden rang me yesterday at work. Unfortunately, when they booked our society in for next year they overlooked the fact that a big Sussex tournament was taking place that day. He apologised profusely, and has asked if we minded bringing the meeting forward one week to
FRIDAY 12th AUGUST

I told him that I didn't think it would be a problem so that is now the date.
The good thing is, as a gesture..........

THEY'VE AGREED TO FREEZE THE PRICE SO IT WILL BE THE SAME AS THIS YEAR!!

Hope this is OK with everybody????
