Price out after all his talk about winning the title…
Luke got lucky as well last night. If the boy he was playing could hit a double he would of been in trouble.

Plaisier seems like such a nice bloke but he is absolutely terrifying (in the nicest possible way!) His post-match interview was very heart warming - I hope he goes all the way to the final.

Luke got lucky, but if you can't take your chances, he's going to punish you.

Joe Cullen needs to stop cry arsing as well.

Yes it does. The crowd were getting to him last night and he was riled. I know he likes a lot of interaction with the crowd in a fun rivalry way, a bit like opposing football fans having a chanting contest at a game, but for whatever reason, last night was different

When he first come on the scene he was the crowd favourite.
16 years old and someone new and fresh.
Then last year he got all the support as everyone wanted him to become champion.
Now he has won it and been around a while he is the favourite in most matches if not all.
The crowd are always going to cheer the underdog especially in that sort of environment.
Add to sky now interviewing the winner straight after the game and the players not really being used to that level of scrutiny then all players are going to make comments that they may regret.
You can see nearly all the players feel uncomfortable with it and it’s totally out of their comfort zone.
It only takes 1 unwise comment to make you the bad guy.
And of course that’s exactly what sky want, maybe the players need media training

Having only read reports on it, it seems it worked against those who boo'd him, as he turned it up and put them in their place.

Justin Hood was phenomenal yesterday hitting 11 out of 11 doubles before missing out on double 16 for the match for a 143 out
Would love him and Ryan Searle to ruffle a few feathers.

As long as Boring Luke Humphries doesn't make the final, I don't mind who else is there from the remaining 8. some proper quality players in there.

Nothing wrong with Luke Humphries, great lad, well spoken, fit healthy, well turned out, good manners, everything you want from a guy and not an ***. personally did not realise you needed to be a performing moneky to be worthy of winning anything.

Not at all. Seems like a nice bloke and is very good at darts - I just don't like him as a player, hope that's alright with you? For the record, I also don't like knobs like Peter Wright or Ricky Evans who are more like panto characters.

I just really hope Ryan Searle or Justin Hood get to the final. Can't see it happening though. Gary Anderson is playing at a ridiculously high level so I think Hood may well have found his match - and Seale, even if he gets past Clayton, would need to beat Littler in the Semi's.
