Courses that run Buggies all year round in the Northwest

I'm looking for some help to find courses that run buggies all through winter. One of our group is disabled so it is impossible to play without a buggy.

We usually play at Houghwood (near Wigan/St Helens). We don't mind driving up to the lake district or to North Wales.

Only other place we've played in Winter is Worsley Park (near Manchester)

Grange Park in St Helens, but not too many buggies - call the pro shop to confirm, but no restrictions showing today.

Just note Grange have dug up four greens for drainage work .
Most of the works done but they won’t be in play until spring.
So four temps .
Course is in good shape though.

To be fair, it's still playing better with the temps than many, but fair point.
