Compatibility of golf with other sports

I weight train 3 days a week, namely focusing on compound exercise, namely
Bench 120kg
Deadlift 150kg
Squat 130kg
I have found that can't do squats or deads after Wednesday as it has an effect on my game. However all 3 have massively improved by core strength /power release. I also carry my bag which burns 2043 calories over 3 hours, which is a bonus. I have found using a cable machine to do a woodchopper motion that simulates the down swing has increased my swift speed

Never a bad thing using compound exercises for power.

Does your cable machine have the golf grip attachment? It looks cool but I'm not convinced that this is the best for technique.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you might want to take a look at how you train here.

You strength seems massively biased towards your upper body. Generally the deadlift should be the strongest of those lifts and the bench the weakest.

Squats and deadlifts can be similar depending on your build and how you train, but I would still at the very least expect these to be at least 25% more than your bench.

Either way, can you row at least as much as you bench?
