Club Fees

Our fee`s are £825 this year. up about 6% on last year. We have 2 excellent course`s, a great club house, superb new changing rooms and one of the best teaching pro`s in the country. With around 1200 member`s, i think we are one of the biggest privite members clubs`s in the UK, and we don`t have to book tee times. Been a member for 23yrs, would`nt want to be anywhere else.

My club in Aberdeenshire is £150 a year, and I'm the most expensive category.

Looking to join Kenilworth @ £850, or Coventry at just over £1k this year though. Not impressed at all with the extortionate fees you have to pay in England

7 day membership is £1250 plus bar contribution - seems to be the norm in deepest Kent. We're all supposed to be high net-worth - in my dreams...!

Steve_l - saw your sig, brought back memories. I played at Malkins Bank through the summer of 88 when I was working in Knutsford. It's a good price, but I hope it's grown up a bit since then as opposed to aging like me. Memories!

£742 + £75 bar levy , bit high for the area but it's a lovely course and only recently joined

Full adult membership at my course is £1000 with a £1000 joining fee for new members.

6% increase seems a bit harsh? Most of us are lucky to get a 2% annual payrise, especially in current climates!

£50 compulsory bar levy (which has normally gone within a couple of months anyway)

Thats the bar bill on a Sat after a round lol never mind a few months.

Gourock is £545 this year, a yearly increase of £20 usually.

I'm paying £180 for my green fees this year and £140 for my club. Up about £10 combined from last year.

must admit I don't understand the compulsory bar levies. Surely it's supposed to at least break even.
