The difference between cats and dogs. Dogs just react to the excitement and unwrap with gay abandon. I did once make the mistake of trying to help a new rescue open his food-based gift. It didn't end well

To be fair our cat is ridiculously dog like in how he seeks attention, hunts and begs for food and in the way he plays it’s very odd but also endearing. I just don’t get buying pets Christmas presents but then Mrs M says he’s just a baby and needs presents on his birthday and at Christmas like any other child

Always get my wife some presents and also the daughter gets us both something and it’s just a nice day giving presents for each other

Just picking up last couple of bits and walked into local pub for a shandy.
The atmosphere is really nice and the landlord said as a regular it’s on the house.

Log burner deployed. Wonderful for heating a large room, but is bit of a faff. Very Cristmassy though.

Quiet day tomorrow, just two of us in the house. Usually go to village pub Xmas morning, but frankly, I'm not sure I can be bothered!
