Yer avin a laff mate, we had the story of Danny Bliss on a few days ago

As I haven’t seen that, I stand by my original statement.

Meant to be going round to eldest daughters tomorrow but wife not feeling great and doesn’t want to spread it to any of the kids so let the daughter know, she said no problem but can I come round to put the Grandsons present together once he has gone to bed.
I asked why his dad can’t do it and was told it would take him a week as he is not good at putting things together.
I’m just praying it’s not a Lego castle

Re the pie mash. You would be underwhelmed. It’s a minced beef pie with mashed potatoes and parsley sauce. Which may have been made with the water from the stewed eels. Served with vinegar (chilli vinegar if you fancy) and pepper… It’s nice but nothing special.

Sounds okay to me. I'm a man of moderate taste
