I remember seeing a request for a hovercraft trolley, well Oakley and Bubba Watson have gone one better !

I truly love Bubba,he brings a certain special something to the game! I would really like a shot of that bad boy!

Releasing the video the day AFTER April fools makes it the worst one ever.

.... haven't actually seen anything that suggests it was an April fools joke, just appears to be some clever marketing from Oakley to get people talking, not saying they will ever be launching a new hovercraft cart though ;)

I couldn't care less if it was an April Fool or not, it's a great idea.

Don't think you should really be driving across hazards though, unless they make an 'access/exit' point.

It must weigh more than they say when it's not in 'hover mode' though, you get out to hit your shot and switch it off it's going to leave some kind of impression in the ground until you switch it back on again. Very clever idea though.

Awesome tool. Got to love the hover, got to love Bubba.
I don't want one though. I want two ............................ game on.
Slow play would be gone for good if everyone had access to a hover.

Slime.

I always thought this would be a good idea. Until someone pointed out how loud it would be. Kind of kills it.

There was a label on the rear fan cowling to suggest that the fan was quiet, anyway some petrol buggies sound pretty loud when fired up.
Still it would be carnage for about 6 months on the first course to get them, fun to watch for the first 9 holes though.

The carnage that would ensue on the first course that got these would be amazing. Crashes, injuries, people turning them off over water and drowning... they would definitely take some getting used to! But I'd pay an extra £20 a round with my playing partner to hire one!

Don't think it is an April Fool's, as assuming the video isn't a cgi or whatever then they have actually made this. Whether it hits the production line is another matter of course, although I'm sure any courses which did get them would be very popular.
