Anyone know what this is please? It was attached with a zip/cable tie to my three-wheel push cart when I bought it, like it was a spare. I also found one on a cart path. It's driving me nuts not knowing what it's for. I wondered if it was a blanking plate if I was to remove the caddy/score card holder or umbrella holder. Thanks.
