1st Wednesday Weigh In of 2010

Well gents, the scales groaned a good bit this morning, having weighed myself on saturday and had a bit of a shock, I've been quite a good boy since then and have managed a 1.25lb drop since Saturday morning.

That's it started, now to keep it going. :D

Anyone else been brave enough to stand on the scales today ?

Re: 1st Wednesday Weigh In of 2010

Weighed myself on Monday morning, has become a bit of a ritual, and weighed in at 13 stone 8 and 3/4 lbs. This was an increase of 3lbs from before Christmas. I will keep my info til a Wednesday and post along with everyone else.

I would like to get down to 13 stone by beginning of May. A bit more exercise, occasional work around the golf course may be possible soon, as well as better choice of foods should make it possible - forgot to add some willpower.

Best wishes to all undertaking weight loss this year and we will get there

Sneds - what is the dog clip about ?

Not sure that there is a set of scales big enough for me. Weighbridge perhaps.
Had to chuckle at the 60+kg weight. I think I was about 10 the last time my weight was that low

Re: 1st Wednesday Weigh In of 2010

Crossover from the Centre of gravity thread

Imurg being 18 st 12 is so big, he must have a centre of gravity so low as to be almost negative, (ie Below Ground)

He must be the John Daly of the GM forum

Must remember not to shout "Put your weight behind it" next time

I am so dead
