Ach Robo there's no offence intended, I just get a wee bit fed up of some of the rubbish that goes on between the those on either side of the border, especially from people who have next to no idea what they're talking about.
I'm not really thinking about this forum here when I say this, but in some of the other forums in which I engage, it's "The Jocks are wasting our money on this" "The Sweaties are giving our money away to that" and so forth without any idea how the money is divided up in the UK.
I don't mind a bit of banter, but it more often than not develops into something much more sinister.
As for the website itself, I have no idea what the costs should be to build such a site. You have to remember that the cost would have been for the whole website and not just the bit with the Scots language on it.
The whole thing looks quite detailed to me.
