How’s it the same competition with different tees and pins?!

USGA spec. Sand based. Drain well. Little organic thatch. Need constant sand replenishment. Most similar courses do every/every other Monday but use so little sand that unless you followed the sandman round that you would never really know.

I think you have to do the continuous top dressing on your type of greens.

The only difference is they’ve spent the last 7 years having the course redesigned and revamped - it’s so much better now than when it was. Surrey has about 17 clubs that claim to be the friendliest or the most welcoming. Effingham is defo top 3 for that - anywhere!

Just get one off eBay.
