Ive already got a list longer than golf empire lined up

Same as Birchy, I have to work the last weekend in March then my next free Saturday or Sunday is the end of October. I have 1 free golf weekend this year when I am going to watch the tour de France in North Yorkshire, the missus is very impressed at how much time we are spending together this year.

Get back to cat 1 , A few days in Liverpool in may playing Formby Hall , Hillside and Carden Park , then a week in the Algarve at the end of Sept , I will try and fit in some over 55 comps or opens in between ................................EYG

Other than the usual comps we have a fairly full diary for the team this year so that will keep me busy enough but a few of us are going to try and get a couple of extra away days sorted during the summer if we can fit them in.

Got the society days planned in! Morecambe, Myton fold (I think) , garstang , Yorkshire somewhere , green drive and the park!

I can't do the Portugal end of season society trip unfortunately! Maybe next year!

ICC this july, good to see the guys again, cant wait, going to play greenore as it turns out i get to play free as im an ardglass member (no idea how that works)
going to Play RCD this month before i goes back to £160 a round
Hopefully going to hit Royal Portrush
and if possible going to try and hit some of the North and west coast links group courses

Busy year for me.

2 society outings every month from now until November

ICC in July.

As many weekend comps as I can fit in plus I'm entering the clubs pairs matchplay with my brother so that should keep me busy for a round if it is knock out

As many club comps as possible to get the h/c down - starting next week with St Patrick's Cup which currently is looking likely to be a 6000m breaststroke event. A round probably at Tecina in the Canaries late this month; the lads 3 day "european tour" in May (yet to be advised of location); the "scottish week" at end June in East Lothian (courses to be decided on arrival); and a couple of "boys days out" chucked in. Pretty much the usual really.

I will enter as many club comps as possible ( not the club champs tho' as it would be an embarrassment), a couple of friendly away games plus the usual internet comps which sometimes produce so nice away games. Topping it off with H4 h in the autumn. Oh and I need to compete with HJS IN THE H/C challenge and do him the honour of trying to beat him.

I've got a few society days planned including our weekend away in September and a couple of opens at Mill Ride and East Berks. Apart from that, it's just whatever is on at the club.

How could I forget I'm off to Florida in a month. It's not strictly a golf holiday but Mrs H suggested last night that I might want to play golf every other day while we are there - I won't argue

I can understand why I play away so much,purely because my home course is poor
