Your final songs/tunes

All those choosing music, bear in mind those songs will be forever linked to sadness for everyone else. There are a few songs now that trigger me to tears purely because some beggar had them played at their funeral.

I've told my wife I don't want a funeral, hateful things, so no music for me.

Would you prefer being stuffed and put in the corner instead?
Whilst I don't like funerals they are a way for those that want to, to say "goodbye" shall we saw. So if I can make them listen to some interesting lyrics or melody I'm all for it

My brother has the same view as yourself......it's also the expense he doesnt like as well.
Me.....I know my wife and daughters would be appalled if I did that, they see it as a final farewell.

I'd make them put Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah on repeat...for those that like it, it'll be pleasant, and for those that don't, it'll be awful.
Personally think it's the best version of one of the best songs of all time; great lyrics, wonderfully soulful electric guitar, beautifully sung.
