Worst course you have played?

I have to say that I play at one of the best courses in Ayrshire and also one of the worst in Ayrshire. my away course is a 9 hole municipal affair built on a dump built around a pond next to a caravan park next to the slaughterhouse. but I still love it

I bet it smells lovely! What one is it?

Dog leg par 3:D What other horrors are on there. Not dared to look

Can't remember how long the first is but there is a drop off down to the green so you can't see it from the tee. Trouble is the top of the hill is easily reachable so you have to wait for the green to clear. But someone has to walk 160 yards to the top of the hill to check, then walk back....
I try to block the rest out......

I'll take your Lydd and I'll raise you Ivinghoe Bucks - look it up if you dare

I hate this place SO much!! I don't mind the little 9 holer, greens are always ok. The people... Every time I have been a member or staff member has been extremely rude, out of line or damn strange to me or a partner, they just do not welcome what I assume are thought of as outsiders.

However Tilgate Forrest was such a dump with horrible hole after horrible hole(I played bad too). It's a dump or was on that day!!

Take it you have only been the once then

Alice springs in Wales. Only played one of the courses (the one that finishes with 2 long par 3's) and that was enough. The hole that comes after the stroke 1 hole is a joke. Hit my ball over the marker post and it was never seen again. There was one nice par 3 on the back 9, you tee off from high up and there is a ditch protecting the green. Proper mountain goat stuff walking around that course.

Southwood in Farnborough, when it was a nine hole course. Always under water, but it was 30 years ago so it may have improved (now 18 holes I think)
