Woohooo....broke 90!!

My aim for this year was to break 90...and then keep doing it (only been playing since May, so 10 months).

Played the Carrick today and shot 87 - had my usual 1 nightmare hole where i shot a 7 on a par 4, got 6 pars and a few bogeys.

Well chuffed tonight.....now need to keep doing it!

Always great to break a milestone. I hope you can go much lower once the decent weather comes. Enjoy it but be warned - the golfing gods will get their revenge!.

I played Nairn Golf Club today, it was the 'Winter' course - with the shorter winter tees, but also winter greens! Anyway, it's a par 67 and I scored an 84... delighted with the round, but looking to try it again in the summer to see if it was a fluke!!

Anyway - great course - cheers to PatrickS148 for his hospitality!!!
