Nope, just make sure i put my bag near to the green as possible so can wipe my ball when my playing partners are putting out.

I just can't do the whole hanging a towel from my belt. Though I always thought that I could either clean it on the green, fringe or surrounding grassy area.

I thought there was only 1 crazy member per club who did this. I seriously doubt they could use the internet as well!!
If its really muddy I'll use my towel on my bag otherwise a quick wipe on the trouser leg or stick it inside my pocket to dry it

I use a fluffy white towl to wipe my balls!
I do play with a little chap who uses one of those little towels attached to his belt. He keeps it right at the back and looks like he has a tail.
He gets called "bugs" and from the look on his face I am convinced he doesn't know why.

I use the towel on my bag between holes or if I have to wait a while to putt (not often I'm closest though).
Other than that it's the troos or inside of my jumper. They're going straight in the wash when I get home anyway.

I use a black towel not afraid to admit it always got a nice clean ball,hang it over my waterproofs,ideal.

I too normally wiped on the green, otherwise I take the worst off with my finger and then wipe on my trousers.

If mine isn't too bad I will just pop it in my pocket and roll it around a little.
If it is really, really muddy I will usually wait for one of my playing partners to walk past and try to wipe it on the back of their jumper without them knowing
