Why do Footjoy

I use FJ Dryjoy Tour shoes and they have normal laces. Double knot seems to do the job.

insist on putting those horrible "waxed" laces in their shoes?
Lost count of how many times during a round of golf they come undone.
Trying to get them tight is almost impossible.
Crap.

My 4 year old Dry Joys with waxed laces have never come undone, still tight and still comfotable and waterproof!

Them things with 'wire laces' and the turn-y thing on the heel to tighten them. I think.

I watched the shoe lace tieing video and I've been doing it wrong for 43 yrs.... Tried tieing it his way and felt I've never tied a lace in my life......
