WHS submitting cards from overseas trip

I am heading to Spain for a few days and it would be nice to be able to submit casual rounds like I would at my home course. Is this possible with relative ease now the WHS is in place?

tell your handicap sec, then email them the card ensuring the course rating, slope and your gross scores are clearly visible.

I've been doing it from South Africa. The only problem seems to be that there can be some incorrect course rating already in the database.

If the player includes all the relevant data then it doesn't matter what is in the database.
