I havent played that course for over a year, and didn’t attempt to record a round anywhere last Friday.

Any idea how I get this sorted?

First port of call is always your Handicap Committee. If they don't know then ask them to contact the County Handicap Advisor. This is the standard chain for all handicap queries.
