Who HASN'T had a hole in one/how long?

ME! Have been playing since i was 10, so that's 21 years, although not much play the last 10.

The nearest i've ever been is a 5 iron to an inch when i was about 16, still remember it clearly.
Apart from that i've knocked a few to a foot or so over the years but nothing that's ever really threatened.

Have been playing since I was 11, Thats 41 years on and off, have been close a few times,what is more annoying is my BIL had not been playing long and aced the par 3 at St Pierre ( mathern course),really peed me off...

Still waiting. Been playing on and off for 30 odd years and to be honest I've never really come that close to one. A few have been a couple of inches away but none have ever hit the flag or lipped out

Nope, nothing for me in about 20 years. No 2nd shot hole outs either.

To make it worse, I have 2 mates who play golf about twice a year who have both had aces in the last 5 years. Neither of them hit a shot that went more than 4 ft off the ground and one actually rolled through a bunker!

No. I split a cup once, bust about 3cm off the plastic insert.

Only had one when I was 10, I holed a driver on the Ailsa @ Turnberry (Used to sneak on at night as it was my next door neighbour). So that means 35 years without one (with 15year break).

I have holed quite a few second or third shots for eagles though and they are better than a hole in one, as they don't cost you a fortune on drink .
