And they come with a special licence that requires the driver to do 12 mph above the speed limit at all times. Failure to do so means relinquishing ownership.

To be possibly fair, I have seen this kind of situation when there are several people badly parked, the person arrives and this is the only option then the others go leaving them looking like a right Wally

The golf course is the other side of the road.

Have you seen the size of some minis now there not mini anymore.

Seen a old one the other day it was tiny.
I learnt to drive in one 850 cc great cars.

Yes you would need dash cam or phone evidence .
