When others in your group don't want to let a faster group through

It's sssssoooooo irritating when you catch a slow group and they blatantly ignore you.
I used to play at a club that had an ex England footballer who was reknowned for slow play and arrogant ignorance. Such a nob !
I would let a group through with a cheery wave, and just enjoy the round.
Life's too short to be a nob.

I played with 2 of my brothers one who hates letting anyone through and always moans when I insist on letting players through, and he can also be a pain when being held up by slow play.

Other brothers a gent and only time I’ve heard him moan was when some players were hitting balls towards us ,and I suggested letting them through, no f... them was his response. I found that really funny at the time.

Funny how everyone would let them through,obviously someone’s not.

Seriously though let them through,hate the feeling I’m being pushed.

I have mates who are very similar hence my suggestion call them through then tell the others you have done it.

We had a funny recently - we were playing as a four and the 2 ball we felt behind us were pushing us so we stopped to let them through. They then said "we do not want to go through we are just trying to keep up with you, we are visitors and do not want to get lost"
