When did Thomas Bjorn get choosen or chose to play in the open?

Coz when i looked on monday for my Fantasy Team, He wasnt in the entry list. And i took him out my team to have someone who was playing. But now he is playing AND He is Leading the open So far. Quite Peed off If i have to say the least.
