As the Holmesdale boys sing " we are South London's number 1"

Is it not 1 and only.......

My moment in the spot light probably has to be winning 2 board comps in same year an individual stroke play and 4BBB ko.
Just shades getting 4th in club champs after a 4 over gross which included an air shot!!

I'd be happy to do the meet with you - if you could put up with me going on about how much I loved watching Suarez and Sturridge at our place and then the final score!

Dont like you anymore :D

Got a feeling you would be very enthusiastic about Palace all the way round !

That 9 - 0 still sticks out - your fans despite losing where brilliant and in full voice all night long.

Shooting a 78 round the Monty in turkey where the European tour play the Turkish Open. My best round to date and only time I have broken 80.

Is that the game that our goalie was compared with Michael Jackson?

They both wore gloves for no apparent reason!

Teeing off 1st in a society game, there was 32 gathered around the 1st tee, uphill 185yrd par 3 and I rifled the hybrid to under 2ft. Nearest the pin and birdie club in the bag after one swing! The round was also great so a very enjoyable day!

Proudest and worst same day!.... I play 95% of golf on my own so at my my 1st ever society meeting recently. Only a few weeks ago INCREDIBLY NERVOUS is an understatement.

SHANK off the 1st tee 45 degrees and 50 yards left over everyones heads and into the 18th bunker, I wanted to cry!!! Finally ended up on the 1st fairway for 5 to sarcastic cheers followed by a 90 degree shank into a pond ended up with a 9....

Dug really deep held it together scrambled round the next few holes and found the groove on the back 9 to win it on countback. 38 pts.

Was inwardly pretty emotional moment, lots of folk I'd never met saying how tough it must have been after the 1st to keep it together let alone win it. My 1st real golfing event only knew 1 person there and was full of doubt leading up to it. So to come back from that and find my focus is something I will always look back on.... never give up.

Can I have another one ?

Playing 18 holes with my daughter Sophie in Spain, and her being beating fair and square by one stableford point.

Watching my daughter win the girls stableford comp at the end of year competitions when she was with the Cornwall Golf Academy.
Shame she has let playing slip a bit with having to work so hard on her final year a school. I really hope she gets out and plays more over the summer before she goes to college.

I never met my Grandad as he passed away before I was born. In his honour a new cup was introduced at his golf club the 'Frank Pilbeam Cup. I played in it for the first time in April and won it. It's medal and I was four under net. it was also my first individual win.

Nice one. Must have been an emotional moment when you knew that you had won.
