My best ever is 44 points was off 19 at the time it was my first official handicap which imo was given to me incorrectly and was to high for the cards i put in.
but i played in comps weekly to get it down and was off 10 within 4 months and 9 within 6. Problem now in going backwards would like to even have a sniff at 36

I'm another in the 44 brigade. Off 12.6 at the time, followed on from 41 and 40 the previous weeks and resulted in a cut to 11 dead.
Never been close since (38 being my best effort a few weeks ago).

48 points when I played off 12 in a major board comp and I still didn't get called a bandit! (at least not to my face!)
Had a nett 57 at Sandiway as a junior - playing off 36 I'd spent every day of the summer holidays there but because of the lack of junior comps and not being allowed to play in grown ups' medals there was no chance for a reduction!

Your quite right. I just checked Howdidido, I was off 11 and not 9. It was a +2 round and not +3 aswell (74)

Never got near that on my 'home course' playing off 23... had 4 rounds of mid 30's on the bounce.
last weekend was a medal and would have been 39 points.
Hoping for a cut, but seeing as we are not 'online' I will have to wait till tomorrow to find out.
