Nice when you get that , winning too makes it even better ............................................EYG

been honest mate if id playe that way and lost id be disappointed in result but id still be over the moon

I would rather lose that way than be miles over par. I once lost an interclub scratch match 1 down and I finished 3 under gross, the other guy was 4 under. Afterwards I felt a bit disappointed that is all. I found it hard to be cheesed off when I had just played the best round of my life at the time.

Well done on your match by the way, always feels good to shoot under par.

Thanks mate , i don't class it as under par as there was a few gimmes and bunkers arent in play, have returned -1 & -2 in 13 hole comps but dont count them as ther is placing everywhere ..

good signs for the new year tho , but as we all know it can go as quick as it comes ..

That is great shooting, would have been a fun match to watch!

Awesome to play that well and even better that it was with a friendly opponent.

Congrats!

Good stuff BP, always nice to win a tough match, but also played against a gentleman.

I'd hate to have drawn you this year in the H4H challenge.

Hope my first proper match goes like that. Me and my brother are entering team club matchplay this year.

Now just keep that form going to July and you can retain your crown at the ICC.

Quality golf BP

Nice to play with congenial company too. I was knocked out of our Club Champs on the 18th last year and felt a bit disappointed but that was outweighed by having had a thoroughly enjoyable round with my opponent. That's what the game's about.
