I've always used a no1 type putter but I've noticed these great big ones seem popular no. Is it just another new fashion to sell !ore or are they better than the standard type

suppose it depends on your idea of what big is and whether you put better with one or not. Just use what works for you, if it's what you consider big then it's big. Makes no difference.
you would take a different view if someone did this to you holding you up by keep taking shelter, then popping out of shelters putting out as you where about play your approach shots. then going back in the shelter, only to pop out again and tee off just as you walked off the green. Holding you up again.
Play should be continuous to stop this scenario ... end off .
Wrong thread?
I had this http://www.clubhousegolf.co.uk/acatalog/Odyssey-Works-Versa-2-Ball-Fang-Golf-Putter.html#SID=670 until the metal face came off.
I've got the Versa Works Wide #1.
I just collected it from the club repair guy today after he's had to stick the metal face back on for the second time in 6 months Grrrrr.
Starting coming undone while playing on Monday and had to hold it on with elastic bands for the rest of the round.
I like the putter and the weight but I'm getting neurotic about the face and am getting a bit OCD and am constantly checking it.
My pro sent my Odyssey back and they (Odyssey) said the don't repair them anymore and they offered any putter in the O-works range in exchange
Same issue with Works face on #7. How did you get in touch with odyssey-was it direct or via pro (didn't get the putter in my local shop). I quite want the new WBW O works #7, so if I had the opportunity to swap it for my damaged 7 rather than trying to repair it that would be good.
