Hi there,

It's Luke Norman, news editor here - we were just wondering if there is anything you would like to see more of on the site?

Anything that you think we are missing or that we could do more often/better?

Please let us know your thoughts - it's always good to hear from you.

Thanks

As a new golfer, I enjoy the instruction section. Would it be possible to include video tips as per other sites? Sometimes its difficult to picture what is meant.

thanks.

The chance for forum members to get involved in reviews and articles for the magazine. Maybe the odd competition for forum members to encourage more to join up.

I am a nosey bu66er and would like a section dedicated to 'whats in their bag' where we get to see what wands the pros use and to what spec.

Also, the funniest thing to happen to pros on tour. Lets see the lighter side to the tour.

I agree with GB72. I'd love the opportunity to get involved with some articles, testing, course surveys etc for the readership to read.

One article that may potentially be of interest would be a golfing diary for a month from a member of the public. It could include the highs and lows in that months competitions, details of how practice is going (if at all) and maybe even share some of the banter that has been flying around your club that month (after all it isn't all about the golf, it is also a social activity)

Just a thought. I'm more than happy to get the ball rolling

Happy golfing

Homer

As most reviews of equipment and courses are carried out by mid to low handicappers, I would like to see the comments of higher handicappers. With a handicap in the twenties would I enjoy a round at some courses or would it be too challenging to be fun?

Also would like to see more consumer comments, does shop A offer a better custom fitting service than shop B. Is it worth spending a bit more to buy from one place due to good after sales service than another, that sort of thing.

Hi all

thanks for all these suggestions - some really great ideas here - some are already in the pipeline such as the video tips and the facility for all of you guys to add your reviews of courses and gear

for Homer - yes please we'd love your golfing diary for a month. Please email me at michael_harris@ipcmedia.com and we'll get it all set up. I'm sure we can probably give you a small thank you prize for your efforts. Perhaps this is something we could then look to do ongoing with different members of the forum

cheers

Hi Mike!
Since I'm in the country (Spain), I'd agree to be flown down to the Costa del Sol in September, play a few courses and then report back to you, not only on golf but also on beaches, wine, nightlife etc. How about it?
