Mine never came with a tool and every so often the top weight works a little loose, when it happened last week I nearly missed the ball when I heard a click at the top of the swing! Sadly Im no Tiger and didnt think about stopping on the wsy down haha, certainly made the par 4 more difficult.

My old srixon was the sweetest sounding driver I have ever tried, it wa a pity getting rid of it though the Mizuno is a little step forward from it.
Ignore my swing, that angle doesnt really show anything. Just turn the speakers up!

506 with a v2 stiff shaft, fairly similar to the 504. Lovely looking club but as I said, the shaft was too stiff (lengthened and cut at the tip instead of the butt. (bought it of an assistant pro) it went quite straight but didnt travel like my older callaway or newer mizuno.

well, i managed to blag a shot of a G10 at the range last night and was very pleased with the performance and the sound. Hit my first 250 down the middle, 2nd i hit with a power slice, then got myself together to hit the 3rd shot 250 down the middle again.

Each shot was accompanied by a nice solid THWUMP with a hint of TING.

It was a 9º with a proforce V2 shaft but i forgot to check if it was stiff or reg. Hopefully i'll see him at the range again and will be able to check.

I was on the range the other day when the guy next to me nearly made me sh1t my pants. Here I was minding my own business trying out all combinations of Titleist D2 drivers when this almighty noise emitted from the next bay!

It was some sort of Cobra thingymajig. It should have come with ear defenders and a health warning.

One club not mentioned but sounds really bad is the Cleveland Hi Bore XLS. Many times down the range I've been hitting mine (even out of the middle) and people have stopped to see where the racket was coming from.

Fortunately the good people at GM gave me an R7 Limited and now people are just watching me hit loads of great drives. It is a joy to swing the thing. A club of real beauty.
i agree
i own a cleveland hi bore xl and i bought it 2nd hand, i actually thought someone had dented it or something before i got it, it sounded sooooo wrong, literally like a pick axe piercing some galvanise sheeting.

very very loud, but at least everyone looks when i hit it over 260yds, alas they also look the times i top it and make it all of 20 yards.
