Is your warm up routine like Jiminez, or is it a cup of tea and a bacon roll?

For myself in the house i do some stretching, chipping and pitching, have a hot shower, then on the course do full shots on the practice tee. Ill try and do strong pre shot practice swings just to warm up better.

Definitely the later.

Stretching , couple of putts , more stretching , coffee and then on we go

A couple of swings, a couple of putts and away we go.
To be honest, if we had better warm up facilities I'd probably use them. We have one net, the mat is worn and the net has split in places, the putting green is decent and relatively close to the ones on the course and a chipping area at one end of the green.
The putting green has been closed for most of the year due to the wet weather and then they did some work on it. I think it reopened last week.
We have no range so no chance to properly warm up, hence the fact that I do very little...

Cup of coffee, few stretches, hit some pitches then hit 5 or 6 8 irons, 5 or 6 hybrids a few full wedges then hit a few chips and putts and ready to go. That or go straight from the coffee to the first tee :)

I start in the nets a few shots with each iron the out the back and hitting Wedges and 9 irons on our little practice area around 15/20 shots anything short of target is pitched/chipped to the Flag. A few out of the practice bunker then 10/15 mins putting and ready to go.

By this point im knackered :D

Last year, a few swings in the net, some chipping and putting and on to the course. This year, I will be trying to hit a few shots on the practice ground before I play to make sure I get my rhythm going before the first tee.

Assuming I am there in good time it's usually a coffee and a bit of scoff. Visit to the room of contemplation. A few bad putts. Some rusty swings with a 6 iron and away I go. In a rush I would do all of the above but faster.
